1. Pings Submissions:
By submitting pings to ArticlePinger.com, users agree that their submitted contents will be displaced on the main page of ArticlePinger.com. Users agree to indemnify any legal liability resulting from their submitted contents. ArticlePinger.com takes no responsibility for any losses or legal liability resulted from users submitted contents.
2. Account Termination:
It is ArticlePinger.com's policy. In case of spams or multiple pingings for the same topic, the account of the users will be deleted without warnings. Please be an honest user, do not spam or send multiple pings of the same topic to ArticlePinger.com.
3.Member Account and Password:
Users will receive a conformation email upon successful registration of their account. The confirmation emails will contain an activation link for users to activate their account.
4. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold ArticlePinger.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your submitted contents, posts, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the ArticlePinger.com services or your violation of any rights of another.
